If you cant think of anything, then write down that you cant think of anything. 5 minutes of freewriting can clear your head and relax you.
These rituals support me and guide me during stressful times. Perhaps some of them are right up your alley, or others you can adapt a little to suit you better. It is fascinating and rewarding to learn how different and yet similar we all are. The whole point is simply finding out what works best for us.
