I personally use the 5-Minute Journal every morning to help me prepare for the day, especially because it helps bias my thinking towards gratitude .

What is you trigger food? Take a piece of paper and write it down. What food you can not resist? One little soda can begin that downward spiral to overeating, so stay away from foods that will make you eat more.

  • Sugar sweetened drinks
  • Bread
  • Refined carbs

Distance Yourself From Soda

If you feel a soda craving coming on, try to distance yourself from the thought.
